I am a dog breeder. I ordered 5 of these to transport our 12 puppies for deliveries. They store very well when collapsed. The negatives are – the storage compartments are not designed well as far as size and function. The plastic is not a very good quality, but this is why they are so light weight. We have already had to call for new latch snaps as the plastic is very brittle. The positives – the warranty is terrific and the service to the warranty was fast and responsive. The design is very impressive compared to most other brands. Perfect for occasional use.
Buy a higher quality if you plan to use often. I love the look and design of these, but I wish they were a little sturdier. We are very happy with them for the price.

I have a twenty pound cocker spaniel that I use this kennel for. Not only can I not carry the kennel with the dog in it because the side clips will give way, but the dog is able to remove the door to the kennel while it’s latched by pushing on it until it pops loose. What was wrong with the old Pet Taxi kennels that had screws that held the top and bottom together? I am basically unable to keep the dog in this kennel. Definitely will not be buying this brand again.

We purchased this for a cavalier king charles spaniel, now 6 months old. While the product looks great, it’s just not constructed well enough to trust with a live animal. Ours separated when the bottom flexed and the clips on the sides sprung. They were snapped securely, but just couldn’t handle the weight of a 16 pound puppy. Needless to say, we are quite disappointed. Now that this is over 30 days old, it’s just junk. My recommendation is to spend a few bucks more to get a quality product.

Works great and is nice and sturdy.
My only complaint is that the clips holding the top and bottom together could be a little more rugged. They don’t come unclipped on their own though like some others I have tried.
However, I wouldn’t trust the clips to hold if I were shipping an animal on an airplane. I prefer the type of clasps that cannot come undone accidentally under any circumstances. The N2N crate I own has such a clasp and it is far superior.
All in all a good crate for the money but N2N is better and close to the same price.
